How TO Pass a Sprint Baton

This is a companion entry to How (not) to Pass a Sprint Baton.  In contrast to the pros in that story who couldn't quite get it done, these boys execute the quintesseential 4x100M baton pass.  Obviously, they've been coached well (congratulations coach).  Here goes...

Nice setup... passer has baton high in the air, ready to slap it into the receiver's hand.  Receiver has already started running and knows right where is teammate is despite not looking back.

Receiver accelerates, still not looking back.  Passer matches his speed to the receiver.  Passer is concentrating on the receiver's hand waiting for it to come back.

Receiver's hand comes back, hand wide open... still not looking back.  Passer still concentrating on the open hand starts his delivery.  Passer is lazer focused on receiver's hand.

Now, just drop the baton in there...

Contact!  And, don't let go until you're sure the receiver has the baton.

Never having looked back, the receiver hits the gas and off he goes...
